Having previously managed my holiday cottage alone, I soon realised that the pandemic was going to have an impact on my way of working. Having acquired a static Caravan for the first time, we wanted to be able to enjoy the caravan, and not have to clean it, the site owners recommended Yvonne as a person that could help. We simply wanted to be able to turn up and the Caravan be fresh and clean, when we leave, we just wanted to lock the door and walk away until he next time. Yvonne has been great at working with us on providing this service, she holds a key, we text to say when we are coming next and everything is sorted, we have been delighted with every aspect of the service she has been able to offer us and we will definitely be using her next year.
Yvonne has worked for me for 3 years. Yvonne and her team have taken care of our holiday property in Llandudno for us, since it's very first rental. I can honestly say they have treated it as their own, we live 2 hours away from the property and they take full care of it for us, their communication is excellent, and they have shown themselves to be both trustworthy and reliable. Yvonne looked after our home on a years contract as a holiday let through Sykes Cottages. It was our first time letting our house so the whole process was new to us. We were introduced to Yvonne through Sykes. She was extremely helpful prior to the let. She called to see us several times to discuss the year ahead and even arranged to buy the bedding and towels that we would require We disappeared for a years adventure around Europe leaving Yvonne in total control of our property. During the year Yvonne has had to deal with several issues ranging from problems occurring with the house, no WIFI, to a variety of guests who all have different expectations and demands. We were no help whatsoever as we were not taking calls or texts during our trip Well Yvonne handled it beautifully, she looked after our home as if it were her own. We would highly recommend both Yvonne and all seasons to everyone out there that needs her services.
